In this digital age, well thought out content is superior material that can achieve great feats. If one intends to reveal the truth, awaken the masses, expose the ills of society, or simply inspire people, excellently written content can get the job done. This is how Enosch Henry intends to become a catalyst for change: through his extraordinary storytelling on his YouTube channel.
Enosch creates YouTube content that is satirical comedy skits containing social commentaries. He also dives deep into the inner conflicts that people undergo. His vocal and peace-loving nature compels him to speak up to give a voice to the voiceless. Enosch is especially vocal about police brutality and racism.
The 20-year-old was one of those who boldly went to the streets after the controversial death of George Floyd to express his discontent, anger, and frustration against a system that discriminates. In his speech during the street protest at Flagler Beach, the Flagler Palm Coast High School graduate emphasized how people have become more empowered to express their grievances over the years. He also pointed out how more and more people are coming out armed with the courage to fight for what is right and just.
“We’re doing this out of passion, and passion brings out a lot of emotion, so anger, love, hope, faith, you know what I mean? Fear. But I think the main thing that we were drawing on was a sense of hope because the main theme through everyone speaking was that there’s going to change. For the better, not for worse,” Enosch reveals in an interview.
Enosch believes that he is a man on a special mission as his passion for storytelling surfaced when he was just 12 years old. He understood right away what he wanted to do in life and how he wanted to impact his community and the world. His passion for inspiring change and reforms on social practices comes from his deepest desire to see a world that promotes equality and peace.
One of his greatest objectives in life is to help people have a better understanding of life by first looking into themselves. Through introspection, Enosch hopes to open peoples’ consciousness to what they really want out of life and encourage them to go for it. Many people today give up on their dreams easily after encountering some obstacles along the way. Enosch wants to teach them how to overcome these obstacles and come out victorious on the other side, no matter what the cost.
At present, Enosch is focused on running the clothing line RTG The Movement, which he co-owns. The brand is designed to inspire people to rise up and reach their own personal greatness.
Years from now, Enosch sees himself having published at least two books. He also aspires to make movies in the future, the kind that will awaken people to the harsh realities of communities worldwide. And in doing so, he hopes to be able to see the change that the next generation truly deserves.
