Matt Andrews Says His Real Estate Influencer Podcast Speaks Loud and Clear

Matt Andrews describes himself as a serial entrepreneur.

He started his career in the real estate business flipping houses and reinvesting the profit into his seed stage business. He soon began acquiring investment properties and eventually produced a “how-to” curriculum to teach others how to break into the industry. Wanting to reach a larger audience, he wrote the Real Estate Investor’s Guide series and added the title best-selling author to his list of accomplishments.

Matt is also the founder of the Family Mastermind group. And recently, he’s been very involved with Clubhouse, the new voice-only social media app, too. The invitation only platform launched last May and it’s taking off like gangbusters—by the end of 2020, it already had more than 600,000 registered users.

The Family Mastermind is made of business leaders in the real estate education industry. They gather quarterly to pool their resources—that could mean brainstorming ideas for new businesses, helping a member find the solution to a specific problem, and all things in between.

He’s built his real estate empire by helping other people reach their goals and, then, blow them right out of the water. “When people ask me for advice about how to be successful in real estate, I tell them to focus on helping people solve their problems,” Andrews said. “When you do that, everything else just falls into place.”

Anyone who follows Matt knows he’s proving that to be sound advice once again because one of his latest projects, the Real Estate Influencer podcast launched last August and—as Andrews’ business ideas are wont to do—it’s taking off!

Social  Media Marketing Lets People Know Who You Are

Andrews has long utilized Youtube for broadcasting entertaining videos to bring attention to his business. Potential buyers were able to see the dramatic changes that a house went through during the flipping process, for instance. It made a definite impact. Later, Matt and his team added “how-to” videos for educational purposes too.

“The videos are a great marketing tool,” Andrews shared. “When people see you out there working hard, it makes an impression. They feel like they’re getting to know you.” He laughed and then added, “And I’m a ‘what you see is what you get’ kind of guy all day long!”

Matt Andrews’ genuine love of people is apparent immediately by the ease with which he starts a conversation. He’s genuinely interested in knowing what you’re all about or—if you’re meeting in a business capacity or have a problem—how he can help you.

As always, before Matt considered actually starting the podcast, he made sure he got a yes to the following questions:

● Is it fun?

● Will it help someone?

● Will I enjoy being with the people I’ll be working with?

The podcast was a go.

The Gift of Gab

It doesn’t matter what topic you’re interested in, you can find a podcast online that covers it.

People often use drivetime to tune into their favorite podcast because it helps them escape the monotony. But virtually anytime is a good time to listen in if you’ve got a wifi connection and a device on hand.

“I knew that a podcast would be a great way to reach out to the real estate investment community because people could tune in anytime it was convenient for them. I knew we could stay cutting edge as far as bringing on top-notch guests who would share current tips and advice that people can use immediately to help them scale their business.” Andrews explained.

He reached out to his friend, Jason Hartman, CEO of Platinum Properties Investor Network, and they started talking format. The show targets real estate influencers, trainers, coaches, and speakers—but anyone who wants to learn about real estate investing should check it out. The guys are receiving five star reviews—and from the sound of them, listeners are immediately becoming huge fans!

Matt and Jason consistently engage listeners with their lively conversation and the ease in which they draw their guests into the mix. They know which questions to ask and include their thoughts on the subject matter throughout the conversation too.

Diving Deeper into the Conversation

If you’re in the REI education industry and you’re ready to level up, you might want to consider attending the REI Family Reunion in Tampa, Florida, this September. Matt gathers together the most successful players in the REI education community year after year to share the information business owners need to scale their business. They’ve got over 50 speakers scheduled this year!

The REI podcast is one avenue that allows Matt to serve others by sharing information that can help them grow their businesses. However, it doesn’t matter if he’s hanging with Jason on the Real Estate Influencer podcast or encouraging those in his sphere of influence to join him and get hands-on with a project at one of the charities he’s actively involved with, Matt’s positive, can-do attitude is infectious. It impacts everyone who comes into contact with him for the better.

We hear you, Matt Andrews. We hear you loud and clear.
