MW Entertainment Group Promises a Diverse Catalog of Entertainment Through Its Unique Position in the Market

Hyper-casual gaming has become the latest mobile craze that is sweeping an international audience. As per a 2021 case study by NYU Stern, the mobile gaming industry is projected to have over a 12% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) into the year 2026. Much of this growth can be attributed to the debilitating effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, forcing people to stay at home with limited forms of entertainment to keep them at bay.

Not everyone has a dedicated gaming console, such as a Playstation or an Xbox, after all. But almost everyone has a fully-functional smartphone that can run video games. So with the market ripe for the taking, MW Entertainment Group takes a stand and creates a unique library of entertainment that no other company offers.

MW Entertainment Group is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business owned by disabled combat veteran Matthew Whiteman. Whiteman is a disabled combat veteran who served his country in the US Army during Operation Enduring Freedom. The true blue American hero was medically retired from active duty service in November 2014 after spending ten years in active duty in the US Air Force, followed by six years in the US Army.

After his honorable service, Matthew Whiteman began his career in professional screenwriting from 2015 to 2019. He mainly wrote for episodic television and feature films while attending 18 months of film school locally in San Diego at Palomar College. Throughout his screenwriting career, Whiteman has written a 22-episodic TV series about professional baseball, one short film, and two feature films.

His TV series, San Diego Glory, managed to capture the attention of Unity Motion Pictures from Vancouver, BC, but the deal officially fell through, unable to reach a pre-production contract. At the height of the global pandemic, Matthew Whiteman formed MW Entertainment Group pivoting his company’s focus primarily in the realm of mobile gaming while still offering his library of screenwriting works.

The seamless blend of both services puts MW Entertainment Group in a unique position in the industry, one that provides multiple facets of entertainment under one roof. Currently, the team is working hard on its debut mobile gaming title, “Knuckle Mania.” The game will officially be the first to be released among a slate of four upcoming mobile games from MW Entertainment Group.

“Knuckle Mania” embodies the All-American brand of MW Entertainment Group as a hybrid baseball game that aims to fill the massive gap in the current market. Matthew Whiteman established his company with a passion for changing the entire mobile gaming landscape. With “Knuckle Mania,” he is able to act on his vision alongside other passionate brands in mobile gaming, such as Red Apple Technologies and Tatum Games LLC.

“Knuckle Mania” promises to emulate the thrills of baseball in a fun and intuitive hybrid baseball game that eliminates the immense cognitive load required by current games in the genre. What’s left is an entertaining mobile game with instant gameplay that is easy to use, fun, and infinitely replayable. Falling under the category of “Snack-sized Gaming,” “Knuckle Mania” promises an entirely new mobile gaming experience that truly feels like America’s favorite pastime.

The game is currently approaching its first Beta Testing phase on November 22. In the near future, MW Entertainment Group plans to capture an international market via a marketing campaign targeting South Korea, Taiwan, and Japan, three countries with a customer base that enjoys mobile gaming and shares a love for baseball.

Fans eagerly await the full release of “Knuckle Mania” as the game reaches the final phases of its development. Matthew Whiteman and his team are extremely confident that they will be able to deliver what baseball enthusiasts have been begging for in the mobile gaming industry.
