Born and raised in the United States, Resnicow has made a name for himself as an adept promoter, notable socialite, and event producer. His fresh years belong to Hollywood, Florida, where he walked into his further entrepreneurial inclinations and boarded a venture at an early age, establishing a DJ business.

Following this early interest in coming up with ideas for initiatives, he pursued higher education, enrolling at Georgetown School in Washington, DC, where he earned his B.A. degree. Further cementing his commitment to the LGBTQ community, Resnicow introduced the Utopia Festival, an innovative initiative designed to elevate the experience of gay festivals.

His inclusion in the OUT100 Most Influential LGBTQ People of the Year in 2018 highlights his standing as a prominent figure in support and event production. Equally noteworthy is his track record in fundraising, having raised over $30 million for a range of organizations. This financial milestone shows his commitment to effecting positive change and driving support for causes he holds close.

Similarly, of particular significance is his achievement in hosting a record-breaking world pride event, which made a mark on the global LGBTQ celebration and generated huge sums of charitable funds. One of its examples is the Dreamland Fashion Week, which was held in September 2023 in Central Park.
