A Platform for Change
The Miss International® Pageant, held annually, goes beyond a standard beauty contest. It serves as a platform to recognize the achievements of modern women, encouraging them to engage with their communities and act as positive role models. The competition features women aged 19 to 30 who are either residents of the state or citizens of the country they represent. Contestants compete in categories such as Interview Competition, Evening Gown, Fitness Wear, and Fun Fashion, and have the chance to advocate for their personal platforms.
Making a Difference
The mission of Miss International® is “To Make a Difference,” and Lacey is committed to this goal. She uses her title to advocate for sustainable fashion practices and raise awareness about the environmental impact of the fashion industry. In addition to her modeling work, Lacey co-hosts a podcast and writes insightful articles for a magazine, all aimed at driving change and promoting sustainability in fashion.
“I was excited to participate in the Miss International pageant compared to other pageants because of how focused the organization is on promoting the causes we advocate for. It’s not a simple beauty pageant. It’s about what you want to do to improve the world globally.”
Pageant On The Horizon
The next Miss International® Pageant is scheduled for August 1st and 2nd, 2024, in Kingsport, Tennessee. This event will offer contestants the chance to explore diverse customs and family traditions, exchange ideas, and form new connections during a week of activities, culminating in two thrilling evenings of competition.
