These days, music artists thrive on redefining the craft and creating new ways to make their music memorable. Being multifaceted has become a norm, and audiences now have ears for multidimensional music and sound. They want to see some flair and versatility, and Dylan Wolfe is structuring his music career and performance style to deliver that to his growing fanbase.
The Clay City, Illinois-born musician has honed his musical skills for years and is well-grounded in the Rock n’ Roll genre while mastering the art of infusing country music and alternative influences into his performances. He hit the limelight with the successful single “The Way I See It,” which became an anthem back in his hometown, and each time the song’s lyrics come on, Dylan Wolfe is often guaranteed at least a handful of people singing along with him.
Dylan Wolfe’s passion for music lies in his desire to make people smile and happy. He bears this in mind as he takes his audience through the energetic performance of his songs, and back home in Illinois, he has earned himself a cult following that is steadfastly aiding the growth of his brand. Thus the success he enjoyed in 2021 has opened the doors for more successes in 2022, which Dylan claims will be his biggest year yet. “The Way I See It” has amassed over 250,000 streams across all streaming platforms. Dylan Wolfe has promised four new songs slated for release this year all produced by Nashville Producer Sean Rogers.
He shared, “I have my first full production music video for my new song ‘Love That Never Was’ written by Independent Artist Dylan Wolfe, Austin Shawn, Elektra Records artist Bailey Zimmerman, and Gavin Lucas (who also co-wrote the hit song ‘Never Comin Home’). All three Austin, Bailey and Gavin are currently represented by The Core Entertainment.
As part of the progress his career has enjoyed recently, Dylan Wolfe recently opened shows for Lee Brice and Tyler Farr. He hopes to perform at more shows, and hopefully soon, get on the road himself and host his own shows all over the United States. His primary target audience consists of people in their 20s and 30s who enjoy rock and country music with big guitars, drums, and relatable music.
Dylan Wolfe’s foray into music happened as a result of his experience over the years with music and how it has made him feel. It is something he enjoys, and seeing the crowd move along to his voice and performance gives him the most thrill. “It took a couple of opportunities where I was on a stage or had the attention of an audience to realize that I love to entertain people. So after a few open mics and pickin’ around a campfire or two, I definitely got bit by the singing bug, and I haven’t recovered since,” he said.
In a few years, Dylan sees himself accomplishing all his set goals and playing in stadiums with thousands of people. He also hopes to debut at the Grand Ole Opry and get recognized at notable award shows. “My expectations for myself are high, and I’ve overcome and achieved things that people said weren’t possible. I stop at nothing to earn what I want, and I don’t have one ounce of quit in me,” he shared. He hopes to influence and inspire his audience to never give up on their dreams and keep pursuing everything they want to achieve. “Quitting has never helped anybody. By staying on your path, opportunities will find you, and that’s how to change your life,” he said.
