New Single “Heart for Granted” by Tra-V the Shoota Rocking the Airwaves and Healing Hearts

Music is a powerful tool for evoking different feelings, and artists that understand the process have found ways to harness this power to its full extent. As one who creates music that inspires people, Tra-V the Shoota released a new single, “Heart for Granted,” to give hope, strength and succor to those navigating a difficult period of their lives.

The upcoming Cleveland, Ohio-born artist understands music and has been immersed in the art of making music since he was 11. Growing up, choosing music as his career was a natural choice as everything about him reflected the craft, and he knew it was the only thing he could do that would make him happy. Explaining his journey and passion, he said, “I always had a passion for it. My little sister and I used to make music next to a speaker. We would play instrumentals we downloaded off of LimeWire and record ourselves singing and rapping to them. We were using voice memos to create audio tracks way before we ever recorded in an actual studio.”

Travius Holloway, better known as Tra-V the Shoota, is all about helping his listeners feel better through music. He believes that with his creations, people can get a strong sense of belief that they can get through anything they are going through. His latest single especially explores that angle as it speaks to people in situations of unrequited love. “The story behind Heart for Granted is giving your love to someone special, and they take you for granted. So, I want people to listen and stay positive. No matter what the situation is, don’t cry anymore. It’s gonna be okay,” he said.

With one EP and seven singles to his name, Tra-V the Shoota has shown that he is ready to dominate and take over the music scene. Over the next six months, he hopes to gain thousands of new listeners and improve his craft both in the studio and on stage. “I want to learn to play the drums, also to perform and do more shows with my live band. My goal is to get to rock out with a big production. I wanna grow a huge fan base. I wanna travel around the world to touch and meet the people that listen to my music,” he said.

He draws inspiration from a wide range of established names in the music industry, such as Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Marvin Gaye, 50cent, Post Malone, Avril Lavigne, Oliver Tree, Andre 300, Taylor Swift, and more. But, beyond music, he also hopes to be a successful businessman with strong financial backing that will change his family’s story. “My goal is to also be a great businessman like Snoop Dogg. I plan to open up more businesses and buy properties so that when my kids are old enough to start their adult lives, they’ll be straight because their dad made it happen,” he said.

Tra-V the Shoota sees himself as not just an artist but also a brand, and he takes pride in his creativity. He believes that his story, once completed, will be a source of inspiration for many, and his gift shared with the world will give it something meaningful to hold on to. “I want young people to know that dreams do come true. If they don’t give up and stay focused, I believe that one day they will get everything they deserve,” he said.
