The way people think of luxury membership-only villas hasn’t changed much over the last few years. These premiere experiences often come in a villa or casita by the ocean, lake, or river, among many other ideas. In the past, they’ve always been beside the waters, but no one has ever thought of creating a villa that’s on it. That is, until CSTM HAUS launched a revolutionary idea that will challenge the status quo on the Miami front and practically the whole world.
The concept is called the ArkHAUS, the world’s first floating villa experience. The experience looks to be the first and currently only one of its kind on the East Coast and most likely the world at this point. The idea for ArkHAUS came to life through the vision of revolutionary developer CSTM HAUS, an event and venue run by a company with a flair for the dramatic.
The founders of ArkHAUS explained, “We felt it was time to incorporate our passions for innovation and hospitality to break the mold of conventional events, social interaction, and networking. That effort had started naturally on land and we now have an exceptional opportunity to take it to the sea.”
CSTM Haus’ flagship location started in New York City’s meatpacking district. As a premiere coworking space, event venue, and lounge, it thrives on values like innovation and disruption. Later, the home company of the venue would launch another location at the Faena Bazaar rooftop in Miami, Florida. The company’s locations have fantastic views, intricately simple designs, and a vibe that exudes style and vibrant culture.
Now, the venue and luxury experience design company looks to make history by launching a membership-only villa experience that will comfortably float on Miami waters and give members and guests a spectacular experience unlike any other. The ArkHAUS will be a multi-story floating construct complete with outdoor decks, a pool, lounges, and many other amenities that will radically transform people’s notions of the “work hard, party hard” culture. For those worried about experiencing seasickness during the one-of-a-kind getaway, CSTM HAUS has that all figured out as it has now studied and designed a buoy system that will eliminate sea motions to allow for stability for up to moderately turbulent waters.
At the core of the CSTM HAUS experience is the sense of ingenuity and community. Its current locations have been home to some of the most vibrant and supportive communities of entrepreneurs, thought leaders, executives, personalities, and well-known individuals. But beyond just co-working and membership experience, it looks to provide its members with access to networks and learning programs that will help build bridges across the country and create more innovative ideas that will shake the foundations of industries.
“We’re in a time where the world needs as much cooperation and connectivity than ever before. We look forward to providing an experience that drives that by giving our members renewed energy, new contacts that become friends, and a sense of life momentum,” the founders explained.
By launching ArkHAUS, CSTM HAUS hopes to epitomize disruption by thinking outside of the box and delivering ideas that will shape the future of its market in hopes that others would follow suit. CSTM HAUS delivers on concepts that transcend expectations and build top-tier encounters for its members and others. ArkHAUS is currently open for membership invitations, but the company only allows for a small set of entries to maintain the premiere feel once it sets sail, which should happen quite soon.
CSTM HAUS also looks to open more locations in the coming days, including cities and countries like Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Paris, and Istanbul. The Miami and New York locations will both have an available ArkHAUS experience with more locations with water access to follow suit in the future.
