Erin Barry Shares How She Survived Life’s Greatest Struggles Through Mind Body Revival Project

Recurring anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and eating disorder, on top of a marriage that ended overnight, a lifelong passion that was put on halt, and getting laid off from work—these are some of the seemingly insurmountable challenges life has thrown at lifestyle coach Erin Barry over the years. After overcoming her harrowing experiences, she now shares all that she has learned from her awe-inspiring journey with Mind Body Revival Project. This time, she hopes to return the favor by helping others overcome their most significant life struggles.

Erin Barry is a life coach, performing artist, yoga and HIIT instructor. She is also the founder of the Mind Body Revival Project. Starting out as a gymnast and a dancer, she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance. However, after anxiety and weight loss took over, causing an injury on tour, she eventually left her path to Broadway. She proceeded to get a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Behavioral Psychology before serving as a Special Education teacher.

For most of her life, Erin Barry continued to suffer bouts of anxiety, depression, anorexia, and chronic pain. Despite countless therapy sessions and never-ending prescriptions, nothing seemed to help until she discovered yoga in 2006. She eventually became a 500-hour yoga instructor through Lotus Yoga. Soon after, she met her husband and partnered with Garden State Yoga for six years. She sat as the director of special projects, leading the training programs, retreats, and other events.

In an unexpected turn of events, her marriage suddenly ended, which caused an even more downward spiral for the rising life coach. What’s worse is that she was trying to get pregnant when it ended. It happened at a time when she worked so hard to recover from anorexia so that she can be healthy enough to become a mom. Afterwards, she and two of her business partners sold the yoga studio and pushed herself to pursue performing once more. By this time, she also discovered HIIT training and became a successful group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Unfortunately, her struggles did not end there. She endured more physical and mental health issues, which put her career on hold. She was also laid off from work despite her dedicated service for three years.

From that moment on, Erin Barry took matters into her own hands. She began doing her own research, digging deep into how she can make herself feel better. Amazingly, she reached a breakthrough that marked the foundation of her now-famous Mind Body Revival Project. She discovered strategies focused on the mind, body, and nutrition. Since then, she has lived life to the fullest like never before. She is now making a remarkable comeback in the performing arts world, even exploring new skill sets.

Today, Erin Barry serves as a life coach for the Mind Body Revival Project, a 12-week signature online coaching course providing a blueprint for rediscovering one’s resiliency and greatness. Here, she combines in-depth knowledge of spiritual and behavioral psychology with the power of yoga, fitness, and nutrition. Essentially, the project provides education, accountability, and support for people looking to achieve the best version of themselves.

“I train my students from the outside in, not the inside out. That way, they can be strong enough physically to handle the complexities of their emotions and minds,” shares the fitness expert and life coach. Essentially, Erin Barry focuses on helping people become masters of their bodies and not slaves to their minds. In the future, she hopes the Mind Body Revival Project will become a powerful household tool people will use to thrive amid life’s overwhelming adversities.
