Ireq’s hit single “New Car” was actually the first song crafted between him and Kosovo native producer Aero.
While browsing through SoundCloud, the New car instrumental instantly caught IreQ’s attention. Coincidentally, Ireq was searching for beats that he could craft a bounce banger to, something simple but catchy, specifically for whipping it on the highway. The sleepy banger instrumental was perfect. He blasted it louder and laughed to himself, “I’m a drive this shit like a new car.” Boom he knew that should be a part of the hook. Simple straight forward but a simile that was also an analogy for being the head huncho. After recording and mixing the track he sent it over to Aero for approval. Not only did Aero love the tune, it started a new friendship that gave birth to the creation of over 30+ collaborative records.
