A captivating blend of raw talent and insatiable drive courses through Angel B, a music recording artist, and choreographer who has been gracing the music industry with her distinctive style for around 15 years. Hailing from Brazil, Angel’s childhood was musically enriched by her dad’s love for music and her mom’s passion for Samba, a cultural mooring that continues to inspire her art to this day.
Born into a world where rhythmic movement and lyrical storytelling echoed in every corner, Angel started composing songs from the tender age of nine. She spent hours enthralled in front of MTV, absorbing the best of the music world and transcribing it into her own compositions, influenced by the dynamic sounds of her home country but molded into her unique style, be it in Portuguese or English.
Yet, music education was not easily accessible in Brazil – a stumbling block that could thwart future artists thriving. Schools didn’t offer lessons and private tuition was exorbitant, a challenge heightened by Angel’s familial financial constraints. Instead of viewing this roadblock as a dream-crusher, Angel accepted it as a challenge, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit that defies the norm. She took the initiative to do vocal lessons when she was old enough to work and have money for it. She started teaching hip-hop classes to support herself and get the lessons.
At a tender age, Angel spearheaded parties and events, gathering funds to invest in her dream. With each event, she moved one step closer to purchasing her first microphone and speakers, devices that would enable her devoted practice sessions. While she only did this a couple of times, it showed her what she could accomplish.
Life threw yet another curveball – her father fell ill. Amidst the emotional dilemma, Angel held tight to her ambition. Her parents’ unwavering support became her rock in these stormy seas, igniting her journey towards her musical destiny with more determination.
Over the years, Angel’s pursuit of music lasered into professional recording, her perseverance ripening into an artistic credibility admired in the industry. And now, she stands on the brink of a significant career moment – the release of her maiden EP.
The upcoming EP, a collection of six intricately choreographed songs, encapsulates her musical energy and artistic vision. As an independent artist, Angel perceives the undeniable value of maintaining a robust social media presence and assiduously promoting her music, encapsulating her knowledge and experience to devise a thriving marketing strategy.

To hone her craft, Angel attended Los Angeles Valley College and also the 1500 Sound Academy Music Fundamentals Program. This exposure enhanced her expertise in Music Production, Mixing/Mastering, Music Business, Engineering, and Artist Branding, further strengthening her industry foothold. Angel B has always been hungry, and does not allow her circumstances or where she came from to get in the way. Not having this opportunity in Brazil only helped her do things like join this program and learn all she can about her craft.

In her own words, “Growing up in Brazil and trying to hone in on my musical talent was really hard because I don’t come from a family with money and we didn’t have the same resources… So I would get creative… It wasn’t easy.” Yet, undeterred, Angel continues to inspire others and create music that not only touches hearts but also tells a story – a story of resilience, resolve, and rhythm.
