This awe-inspiring vision is evident in his compositions which revolve around uplifting themes like peace, prosperity, and reform.
“I’m a vessel made by God, called by God, chosen by God, anointed by God, to be used by God, for God’s glory, purpose, and plan. Everyone has a story, and my story is one that will encourage another, so they will know in spite of the things you go through, whether socially, mentally, emotionally, verbally, physically, financially, and or even spiritually, it is for a greater purpose. Adversity indeed has a way of pulling you from where you used to be and putting you where you need to be,” the musician candidly explained.
Aside from his remarkable vision of promoting hope and positivity, what makes Johnnie stand out is his flair for creating and producing captivating music. As the versatile man shared, “The question people always ask me is “Who did the songwriting, music, singing, and producing?” The answer to all those questions is that I wear all the hats.”
In fact, the gifted artist has written, engineered, and produced a few praise and worship songs in 2022. These singles are “I Lift My Hands To You,” “Thank You,” and “Worthy To Be Praised.” In addition, he recently released an LP called A New Beginning in August. The album features seven songs which include his three previous singles, and alongside them are new tracks such as “New Jerusalem,” “Thinkin,” and “God Will Cover You.”
Asked to share what inspired him to come up with such profoundly meaningful music, the musician responded, “The only one who motivates me is my heavenly Father, through my lord and savior Jesus Christ, by the power of the holy ghost who rest, rules, and abides in me.”
