Yoga With Stephanie Provides People With a Spiritual Experience Amidst Trying Times

When the global pandemic hit the shores of the United States, drastic measures were taken to slow down the casualties. Cities were forced to enter a lockdown phase, leaving many businesses to close shop and several people forced to carry out business from the safety of their homes. People took the time to grow into their hobbies, interests, and passions, but one can only do so much from their homes. Stephanie Terrell is one such individual whose days spent at home gave birth to her YouTube channel, Yoga with Stephanie.

Stephanie Terrell has been doing yoga since 2018. She’s like any person going through her everyday routine when news that the pandemic was making its way to the country. Upon the announcement of quarantine, she spent her days working from the comfort of her own home and found herself with more free time than anticipated. Stephanie took the time to indulge in her hobbies and spending time with the family, but as the months wore on, she found herself feeling exhausted. She felt like a fish swimming through the familiar corners of an aquarium.

Eventually, she found the time to put more focus on yoga. Following YouTube videos and the guidance of online teachers, Stephanie started learning more about herself, from the inside and the out. Whatever anxiety she had before was swept away as Stephanie found her escape through yoga.

She found herself dreaming of making an impact on others. What started as a little idea grew to something more, and Stephanie decided to put her plans into motion.

Teaching yoga is an easy feat, but in the United States people are required to get a certification. To get certified, Stephanie went through the RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200 by the Yoga Alliance. The RYT is given to people who complete the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification.

The Yoga Alliance set a requirement based on the content and hours of the certification. Stephanie completed the 200 yoga teacher training which means she has had to teach at least 20 hours of yoga anatomy training.

Upon completing the program, Stephanie Terrell created her online class called Yoga with Stephanie. She dedicates her class to teaching yoga and giving back to what has given her so much. Stephanie dedicates over twenty to thirty minutes of her time through her videos, teaching people to learn more about their bodies and tapping into their spiritual self.

Yoga with Stephanie offers classes for people who are just now getting into yoga and people with a little background and are only getting back into yoga. As a teacher, Stephanie has a professional bravado that she maintains while keeping the classes fun with her bubbly, playful personality. She believes that yoga is a spiritual experience that should be light and enjoyable.

Stephanie’s long-term goal is to find the freedom to get away from her demanding day job. She wants to dedicate her next venture in life to yoga and hopes to impact over a million lives with Yoga with Stephanie.

To join Yoga with Stephanie, you may follow her exercises on YouTube. You can also reach out to her on Facebook and Instagram.
