The Bachelor’s Zach Revealed What He Begged for During His Season

Zach’s time on the show was not always easy. On Monday night’s episode of The Bachelor, he had to say goodbye to Greer after they experienced two difficult weeks apart. Initially, Zach was diagnosed with COVID, which meant they had to be separated. Then, shortly after, Greer was also diagnosed, and they spent even more time apart.

Greer offered to introduce Zach to her family during Hometowns, but Zach was unsure because their time had been so short. In the end, he decided to send Greer home and said he never thought it would come to this. He had tried his best to make sure it didn’t happen.

Zach expressed that it was difficult to decide to remove Greer from the show, which Jesse Palmer also confirmed during his discussion with Entertainment Tonight.

On Monday evening, Zach and Kaity went out on a romantic date. They went sightseeing and later had dinner, during which Kaity was very emotional and talked about how she did not have a close relationship with her biological father and how her father figure had left her when she was a teenager. At the end of the night, Zach gave Kaity a rose to show his appreciation.

Brooklyn and Zach had an enjoyable day together, but during dinner it became clear that the relationship would not continue. Brooklyn shared the story of her difficult past and how she had promised not to introduce a man to her family until she saw a future with him. This realization made Zach realize he wasn’t the right person for her, and the date ended without a happily ever after.

Zach said that when the time came for him to meet Brooklyn’s family, things became difficult. He felt that his relationship with Brooklyn was very strong initially, but things changed when it came to meeting her family.

Zach took the ladies on an excursion to encourage them to open up about their fears and doubts. It became clear that Kat debated whether to stay on the show. Charity was still healing from a past betrayal, Gabi was concerned about the security of a relationship, and Ariel was scared of the potential of getting hurt.

Zach comforted Gabi by assuring her that Kat was not questioning him, just their circumstances. He also made her feel more secure by letting her know she wasn’t “too much” for someone.

Despite his efforts to be clear, Zach ultimately gave the group date rose to Gabi, leaving Kat feeling unwanted. At the rose ceremony, Zach had to follow his instincts and let Kat go, causing both of them to shed tears. Zach was so overwhelmed that Jesse felt the need to step in and hug him.

Next week, viewers will get to watch a double dose of the show; first, the Hometown Visits will be broadcast on Monday, and the following Tuesday, the “Women Tell All” episode will be available.

Jesse stated that Zach has been honest and true to himself during this emotional period of his life. He said that Zach has been open and sincere about his journey, even though it has been very difficult.

To Sum Up

It is evident that while Zach may have had a tumultuous journey on The Bachelor, he ultimately found what he was looking for. He was able to find the strength to be open and honest with himself and to take a chance on love. Although his season may have been difficult and filled with drama, he remained committed to his own happiness and to find a partner who could make him feel like the best version of himself.
